Pina Stojko is the Founder and Director of The Chilli Group and a trusted strategic recruitment advisor to senior executives of high-performing organisations that value culture, accountability, and results. Her community and volunteer roles include serving as a Student Mentor with The Smith Family and as a Board Member on the Town of Gawler Business Advisory Board.

At just 19, Pina began her career in client services for a global recruitment firm and was promoted within 12 months to Recruitment Consultant. Mentored by some of Australia’s top-performing consultancies, she brings over 25 years of recruitment and organisational advisory experience, partnering with boards and executive teams nationwide to deliver hiring outcomes that strengthen business performance. Her approach is direct, values-driven, and grounded in the belief that there’s a unicorn hire for every client.

Based in the scenic Adelaide Hills, Pina and her husband, David, balance their professional lives while raising six children. The rhythm of corporate and rural life keeps her anchored to what matters most: faith, family, community, and integrity.
