Beginning her recruitment career at just 19, Pina was quickly promoted and mentored by some of Australia’s top consultancies. With 25+ years of experience, she partners with boards and executive teams nationwide to deliver strategic hires that strengthen business performance. Her approach is direct, values-driven, and rooted in the belief that every organisation has a unicorn hire waiting to be found.

She has served her community as a Student Mentor with The Smith Family and Board Member for the Town of Gawler Business Advisory Board.

Based in the Adelaide Hills, Pina and her husband David raise their six children while balancing corporate life with rural grounding. This blend of experience shapes her leadership style: clarity, courage, care, and authenticity in every client relationship.
